All orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

We recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery.

We deliver by Australia Post. Goods may not be delivered next day due to unforeseen circumstances  beyond the control of GB Tans or Australia Post.

Postage charges may vary depending on the weight of your order. For bulky orders, our customer service team will telephone you to re-quote the delivery charges.

Please allow an additional 2 business days for delivery of personalised items to our standard and express delivery time frames.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ONLINE ORDER?

Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email that will contain a tracking number.

Simply visit the Australia Post tracking website, enter in your tracking number and you’ll be able to watch your GB Tans parcel get delivered straight to your door!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). 

AUSTRALIAN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Please allow an extra working day for delivery during Australian public holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WE HOPE YOU LOVE OUR TANNING PRODUCTS AS MUCH AS WE DO, BUT IF NOT, HERE'S WHAT TO DO; 

Should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased/recieved. Garments must not have been worn.

No exchange or refund is available on any product that has been personalised, unless the product is faulty.

HOW TO GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE

PURCHASES MADE IN STUDIO

Purchases made in our studio can be returned or exchanged. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.

PURCHASES MADE ONLINE

You can return or exchange an item purchased online:

  1. in studio; or
  2. by posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address: GB Tans Pty Ltd, PO Box 3620 Robina Town Centre, ROBINA  QLD  4230. 

In either case, you must present the receipt you received in your parcel & indicate the reason for the return or exchange.

Please note: all returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by GB Tans. Please do not re-use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any prepaid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for re-delivery purpose.
